"The David Dance" was originally presented in New York at The Drilling Company Theatre and subsequently as part of The New York International Fringe Festivalin 2003. It was directed by Karen Case Cook. The regional premiere was produced by the Trumpet Vine Theatre Company inWashington, DC, May 18th – June 10th, 2006. It was directed by artistic director Vincent Worthington. In 2015 "The David Dance" play was directed by Don Scimé as part of the State University of New York College at Geneseo main stage theater department February 10 -15.
